Payment
A standard 50 minute consultation is payable at the end of the session by cash, eftpos, cheque, or credit card (excluding AMEX).

Integral Psychology also provides a HICAPS facility for on the spot access to Private Health Insurance and/or Medicare rebates.

 

Medicare Rebates
Under the Medicare Better Access scheme, clients with a relevant psychological problem and an appropriate Medicare referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician will be eligible for up to 10 visits to a clinical psychologist per year.

This plan entitles you to receive a rebate of $145.25 for a Clinical Psychologist and $98.95 for a Registered Psychologist per session for 10 therapy sessions per calendar year.

In addition to your 10 individual psychology sessions, your GP referral makes you eligible for an extra 10 group therapy sessions under Medicare per calendar year.

Please speak to your GP to determine if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan.

 

Private Health Insurance
You may check with your private health care provider to see if you are covered for psychological services.

 

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice of an appointment cancellation. Cancellation fees will apply if notification is not provided at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
