Chelsea is a warm and empathic Clinical Psychology Registrar. As therapy can be a vulnerable but rewarding experience, she brings compassion and curiosity to create a safe space to explore your experiences. Chelsea takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working at your pace to help find strategies to manage your thoughts and behaviours and to help you achieve your goals.
Through her training and work experience to date, Chelsea has experience working in a university psychology clinic, in inpatient settings supporting adults with severe mental health conditions, crisis support, and private practice. Her work experience includes supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Chelsea enjoys providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a range of presentations. This includes anxiety, depression, stress, psychosis, eating disorders, and trauma.
Chelsea is committed to providing evidence-based treatments that are tailored to meet your unique needs. She uses cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and family-based therapy for eating disorders in her practice.
Chelsea's qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology.
