
Jasmine Sutton
Jasmine is a warm, compassionate, and approachable provisional psychologist currently completing the final semester of her Masters of Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours), graduating with First Class Honours and receiving the Academic Medal for outstanding academic achievement. She has also completed a Diploma of Counselling, providing her with a strong foundation in evidence-based assessment and therapeutic practice. Jasmine has experience working with adolescents and adults across a broad range of mental health presentations. She has provided individual therapy and facilitated group treatment programs for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, severe mood and personality disorders, and addiction-related concerns. She also has experience conducting psychological assessments, including PTSD and ADHD assessments.
Jasmine’s primary therapeutic approaches are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She takes a client-centred and evidence-based approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Jasmine has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction, emotional regulation challenges, and significant life transitions. Committed to ongoing professional development and high-quality care, Jasmine strives to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values and enhances their overall wellbeing.
